Looking for Bay Nuts - $2

I am looking for bay nuts (from California bay laurel trees) to harvest on privately held land.
I can pay $2 a pound for what I harvest.
My goal is to start a small business selling whole nuts and confections made from nuts.
If you have productive trees and are interested, I will need to know if you are a farm business or rural-zoned land (required for my harvesting records according to my health permit).
In either case, I will need basic info on whether any manure or pesticides have been applied near the trees (my preference is no use at all, but if it's been several months since application it will likely be okay).
