Furnished Room, Utilities, Meals (Ukiah)

I am looking for a furnished room, all utilities included.
looking for three meals a day to be provided washer and dryer available.
I walk with a walker, I do not drive.
I am an IHSS recipient.
If you are an IHSS provider, you can be paid an additional $17 an hour for providing services to me in addition to the $1200 I can give you a month.
I am easy to get along with and just need a peaceful place to stay.
I am 72 years old.
