We are a 54 bed Skilled Nursing Facility looking for a Licensed Nurse DSD, preferably with experience in Skilled Nursing to join our growing clinical team.

*Job Summary: *A Director of Staff Development is accountable for partnering with our Administrator and DON to meet daily staffing and PPD goals and responsible for interviewing, hiring and orienting new employees.
You will manage and lead a team of employees, and also be responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating orientation programs as well as in-service educational and on-the-job training.

*Requirements:*
* Valid California LVN or RN license in good standing
* Valid DSD certificate
* Valid CPR and BLS card
* 2 years of prior LVN/RN experience
*Qualifications:*
* Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to gather information, document, and report findings.
* Good computer skills-including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and PCC experience preferred.
* DSD skilled nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
