, a Waste Connections company, has an immediate opening for an Operations Coordinator in Ukiah, CA! This person will be a valuable asset to our team, supporting our operations supervisors and manager.
Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8AM-4:30PM.
Starting pay is $25.
00 per hour.
Pay range for this job category is $25-$27 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
Assistance with Onboarding for employees at all sites
Maintain basic HR duties needed to be done on site
Maintaining all sites for CUBE compliance
DOT Files/Pull Notices
Assist Shop & Ops team with CHP inspections
Office Supplies Ordering for all Sites
Bin Ordering, Cart Decal Ordering, etc
Concorde Sparc Maintenance
Customer Service Support as needed
Works with the bin shop to dispatch repair work
Ensure compliance and follow through of monthly safety meetings
Coordinate Monthly Safety Meetings
Dump Tag Reconciliation
Maintaining necessary files
Assist with basic route duties as needed
Assist with route maintenance
Maintain all of the dispatch boards and safety day information at all sites
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Organized and ability to multi-task
Attention to detail and able to meet important deadlines
Operations support experience preferred, but not required
