Personal Assistant Wanted (Little River)

I am a 79 year young male who is independent but also needs help at times.
Seeking someone who is attentive, experienced and kind to assist me in daily chores and personal care.
I need a helper who is health conscious, a good cook, handy and respectful.
You must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive to appointments and/or shopping.
I live in Little River on 2 and half acres in a nice rural area close to the town of Mendocino.
I can offer a nice guest house and I'm willing to consider work exchanges in lieu of rent.
Starting pay is $20-25 per hour depending on experience.
