*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
The Full-Time (Monday to Friday) Salaried LCSW/LMFT will be responsible for providing direct behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families.
You will work as part of a collaborative team to provide integrated clinical services in a primary care setting.
They will:
· Treat individuals aged six years old and older
· Provide therapy using evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, and case management as needed and make referrals as needed.
· Actively participates in ongoing program evaluation.
· Be able to diagnose the client and follow through with required paperwork of the program as follows.
o Fully written assessment of the client.
o Complete diagnosis using DSM-5 protocols
o Use the ICD-10-CM for primary diagnosis for billing purposes
o Maintain patient records, according to Clinic protocols
o Maintain knowledge of community resources and programs and make appropriate referrals as required.
o Complies with all legal and regulatory requirements, interventions, documentation, and referrals.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
*QUALIFICATIONS*:
· Completion of a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy.
· Current BBS license as an LCSW or LMFT in California
· Minimum of one year of direct experience treating children aged six years old and older.
One or more years’ experience working in an integrated primary care setting (preferred).
· Knowledge of psychotherapy theory and techniques
· Able to identify need for supervision/consultation, utilize such appropriately, and accept direction.
· Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; be assertive and consistent in following and/or enforcing policies; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; defuse aggravated situations with patients and families.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
· Fluency in Spanish (preferred)

Pay: $93,000.
