Pharmacy Technician

This position is for licensed pharmacy technicians only.

Duties: - Assist the pharmacist in dispensing prescription medications to patients - Accurately counting and labeling medications - Managing inventory of medications and supplies - Maintain patient records and confidentiality - Process insurance claims and handle billing procedures - Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication management - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Skills: - Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of pharmaceutical abbreviations - Ability to work in and handle high-stress situations - Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations - Strong attention to detail - Proficient in using pharmacy software and technology for processing prescriptions - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills for managing inventory and maintaining records As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the pharmacist in providing quality pharmaceutical care to patients.
Your attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminology, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of medications.
