Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Part-Time in Ukiah*

* Current California LVN license * Administer medication * Basic Nursing Care * Intake medical screenings and vitals collection * Assist with plan care development and service coordination * Maintain medical charts and records * Maintain medicine cabinet and medication binder * Maintain medication inventory, supply of prescription and OTC medications.
* Coordinate with PAs and FNPs regarding daily sick call * Complete discharge referrals for follow-up care * Participate in patient care conferencing * Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings * _*This position will allow for some flexibility of schedule, coordinating with other LVN's to maintain necessary coverage within a tight-knit group*_ Work Remotely * No Job Type: Part-time Pay: Up to $35.
