Nursing Director

*Job Description:* We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and serve as a vital leader in our healthcare organization.
The successful candidate will oversee extensive managerial responsibilities, triage, and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-focused care.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Delegate tasks for Medical Assistants and provide guidance on RN-level responsibilities.
* Oversee shot clinics on the coast and inland, ensuring efficient operation.
* Address urgent inquiries and manage patient care triage effectively.
* Ensure efficient information management, including Prior Authorizations, compliance charting, and oversight of pharmacy authorizations.
* Prepare and review legal documents as necessary, leveraging valuable nursing insights.
* Conduct educational sessions for patients and collaborate with case managers to ensure comprehensive care.
* Actively participate in emergency response efforts as required.
*Minimum Requirements:* * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
* Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
* Commitment to patient-focused care and continuous improvement.
* Flexibility to work a minimum of 12 billable services hours per week, with a hands-on approach to healthcare services.
