LVN Charge Nurse

### Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team.
As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
This is a critical role that requires strong leadership abilities, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to make quick and informed decisions.
### Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff - Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor patient progress and update medical records - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care - Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatment plans - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols - Maintain a safe and clean working environment ### Experience: To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience: - Experience working with children in a healthcare setting - Proficiency in performing spinal taps and coding procedures - Experience administering injections and other medical treatments - Knowledge of dementia care best practices - Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology - Familiarity with case management principles - Proficiency in using ICD-10 coding system - Previous experience working in a hospital setting is preferred If you are a dedicated healthcare professional with excellent clinical skills and a passion for providing exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for this position.
