Adam's Yard & Garden is taking new clients! Whether you need something done around your property for a couple hours or a few days, I am happy to see what I can do to help! I am currently not taking any long term clients, however, I will gladly do as much as I can during the season when scheduling permits.
I am available for work between the hours of 6am-1pm.
Days available will be known on a week to week basis due to other commitments.
*Examples of work I am available for include but are not limited to: Weed eating, mowing of sm-med sized areas (mower needed), limited to grass knee height, NO heavy brush, basic yard clean up, pruning (no large trees), weeding, raking leaves, sweeping, single story window and gutter cleaning, moving dirt, filling garden beds/containers, loading/unloading of sm-med sized trucks/uhauls, small fence repairs, help with dump runs (you supply vehicle) and much more! My personal vehicle only allows me to haul away 1-2 large, black garbage bags of yard waste (grass, leaves, clippings, small branches, etc) each trip.
I will be taking clients in the North Lake County areas, Lakeport, Kelseyville, Upper Lake, Cobb, Blue Lakes.
Other locations considered on a case by case basis.
*My rate is $25.
00 an hour with a $10.
00 gas fee for each day worked* Timer does not begin until I start working.
(gas fee for sites in Lakeport proper negotiable, locations outside of listed areas will be $15.
00 for each day worked.

* Payment methods accepted will be cash, Paypal or Venmo (checks considered on a case by case basis.
) Pictures of the job site and details will be needed to make sure I am capable of the work requested and so I can properly prepare.
I am accepting small to medium sized jobs and I have limited access to equipment, so if you have your own that can be used, that would be helpful and appreciated.
