Live in position
I seek a nice live in position and will move to Sonoma/ Mendocino county, I love the area.
A good fit is important to me.
Plus it would be great if there is garage space for my car.
This could be a permanent position, but I am also open to temp positions for the right fit with a minimum of 5 months.
I have extensive experience in interior design, all details around estate, property and rental management, some caregiving experience through my own family as well as baby care and nanny experience, but would not consider multiple children.
I am also open to run some errands, drive you in your car to dr.
appointments, outings and scheduled activities.
I am happy to provide cooking, cleaning, light gardening.
The amount of hours and exact tasks could determine if this would be an exchange only or exchange with pay.
I also have some photography skills (mostly nature, but some portrait) and edit in Lightroom.
I am available for walks and hikes, day trips etc as a platonic companion, reading manuscripts, some research etc.
I have a small timid little older dog who is an absolute must to be with me.
He is a loving little guy and has a very calm and sweet disposition.
Personally, I live a very healthy lifestyle, mostly plant based and am a positive, caring person with a “can do” attitude and flexibility, but will set firm boundaries when needed.
I seek a more genuine and less stressful and hectic lifestyle than SoCAL can provide and love the redwoods.
Good vibes only are a must, drug and drama free.
I grew up in an area with lots of rain and some snow in winter, so winter rains will not scare me away.
I own property I have to fly to once in a while to check on for a few days and I take vacation time.
