Personal Assistant/Caregiver Wanted (Mendocino Coast - Little River)

Looking for a responsible person to assist an man in his 70's with cooking, cleaning, caregiving and transportation to and from medical appointments.
Time commitments will vary depending on medical appointments, etc.
The ideal person would be patient, quiet and available from 12-24 hours per week and is negotiable in exchange for a credit on housing (up to 100%).
Someone with home health care experience is desirable.
Potential for housing trade or swap.
The guest house we have is separate from the main house and includes one great room with a small living area and kitchenette and bedroom.
The property is located in the Little River Area and is in a desirable, quiet rural area with open garden areas and forest around the house.
