24/7 caregiver (short-term) (Mendocino)

Help wanted While this gig is in SF, it's simpler bureaucratically if the caregiver is from Mendocino County.
I will be needing a caregiver or caregiving team soon.
I am a leukemia patient.
I need to have a bone marrow transplant.
After the transplant, there will be a two to three month period where I'll be cooped up near the UCSF campus with 24/7 care.
Part of the funding will come from IHSS, so the caretaker needs to pass screening and receive some training from them.
The rest of the funding comes from money I've raised.
Between the two, the position pays around $2ooo/week.
The UCSF medical team wants as few caregivers as possible, a week at a time is the minimum.
Ideally, two or three people would do the whole thing.
Responsibilities include getting me to scheduled medical appointments, getting me to the ER if I take a turn for the worse, maintaining my central IV line, food shopping and preparation, making sure I take my meds, etc.
This should leave plenty of time for online classes, streaming shows, reading, etc.
Lodging is in a dormitory-style facility near UCSF.
We'll have a private room with two twin beds with shared cooking facilities.
Scheduling is complicated.
I need to have the caregiver team in place before the transplant can be scheduled.
Then, roughly a month of hospitalization.
Then, I'll need the caretaker.
Wild guesstimate: I'd need care starting in late February of 2024.
I have one caregiver lined up.
She'll cover the first month or six weeks.
I still need one or two people to cover the rest of my time in SF, so you'd probably be needed in April.
