VW Volkswagen air-cooled type 1, 2, and 3 parts for sale - $1,250 (Mendocino county)

I need to find a new home for all the parts I've accumulated for late 1950s-early 1970s Bug, Bus, Ghia, Fastback, and Squareback.
My first car was an almost like new 1964 Bug that I purchased in 1966 for $650.
Since then I've owned 23 window Buses, split window and bay Buses, single and double cab pickups, Bugs, Karmann Ghias, Fastbacks, and Squarebacks.
All the vehicles have already been sold, and I only have used and some new parts left.
I have too many parts to list them all.

used parts for Bug and Type 2 [mostly bay window], some Type 3 - Many wheels with flat tires still mounted [15" Bus wheels already sold], and many aluminum trim rings -Heater boxes, single port heads [dual ports already sold], fan housings, starters, generators and alternator with new mounts for both types, engine trim parts -009 distributors with new electronic ignition modules installed, new Pertronix electronic ignition module, 200mm Stage 1 pressure plate and disc and heavy duty crossshaft, misc.
clutch parts and throwout bearings, new aluminum front pulleys in various colors with 360 degree timing marks [black, blue, silver], new fuel pumps for generator and alternator, gasket sets, exhaust parts, and lots of new small parts for restoration [many purchased from Kustom 1 Warehouse, West Coast Metric, Wolfsburg West, etc] -Misc.
VW repair Manuals, some factory service manuals -1990s-early 2000s Hot VWs and VW Trends magazines [I had subscriptions] -Porsche hubcaps -rolling engine stand for VWs -various tools for rebuilding VW engines, pressure testing oil coolers, oil pump removal, valve spring compression jig for easily removing valves from a cylinder head, tool for setting crankshaft endplay, clutch disc alignment tools, flywheel locking tool, socket to remove/replace flywheel, socket for checking transaxle oil, rear axle nut removal, and more.
I'm going to be putting my house up for sale soon, and this is the only posting that indicates my intention to do it.
This will be a great fixer-upper for the right ones who want to get out of the city, away from the typical neighborhood situation, and have privacy.
I can cut firewood with a chainsaw at anytime, day or night, and there's nobody to complain about it.
It will be sold AS-IS; but I'm willing to stay awhile to help, and stay in the 26' Fleetwood Wilderness travel trailer/guest quarters that's included.
This is a perfect opportunity to fix things the way you want it, and I'm doing some work on it now; but it needs a lot of work/repairs that I've neglected over the years.
It's located in northern Mendocino county on Hwy.
1, in the coastal mountains that's 33 miles north of Fort Bragg, and 10 miles west of Leggett/Hwy.

It's a place known as Hale's Grove, at an 1160' elevation, on 7 acres among the redwoods, with a well that's never run out of water, and a seasonal creek.
The biggest redwood on the property is almost 4 ft.
in diameter.
The house is in the valley next to Hwy.
1, and the property extends to the top of a north facing hill.
There used to be a small cabin at the top of the hill that had an ocean view; but it collapsed many years ago.
This area doesn't get all the fog like Fort Bragg does, and the cooler climate here has been ideal for me.
This is a very sparsely populated area where property is hardly ever available for sale.
I'm 73 years old, single, and have enjoyed living here since 1982.
The house is a 30' x 40' 2-story with a solid perimeter foundation of 8"x8"x16" concrete blocks, and electricity and lighting under the house.
35-year Elk asphalt shingles were installed in 2002; with the pitch of the roof being about 40 degrees.
Five 2'x4' opening skylights, two skylight tubes, and an 8'x10' dormer were done at that time too.

] , and ABS plumbing under the floor The general building contractor that was doing the work with me, got sick while doing this addition, and that was the last day he did any work here.
There's also a 19'x30' garage/shop with a carport.
Hopefully you can realize this property's potential, and that the land and location might be worth the most.
If you don't have experience in construction, or enough money to pay for the unfinished projects and repairs; then this property is not for you.
A realtor/friend from Ft.
Braggwho inspected the property in 2/2023 and wants to list it at a starting price of $340K AS-IS, as soon as I'm ready, and he doesn't think it will take long to sell.
The property isn't ready to show yet, and no pictures have been taken.
I'm hoping to replace the 10'x25' deck in the meantime; which is where the front door is.
Another deck will need to be built on the west side of the house that has an 8' sliding glass door in the living room, and a 5' sliding glass door in the master bedroom.
Not sure how much I can get done; due to the cost, and not having anyone to help me.
Buy the property and all the VW parts can be included; along with the Yamaha 6000 watt generator, a 2000 Honda Rancher 350cc 4x4 quad and its small ATV tiltbed trailer, 1985 Honda VT700 motorcycle, 1978 Peugeot 103 moped, and about anything else that's on the property too.
