Located in a quiet neighborhood of westside downtown Willits.
The cottage unit is completely separated from the rest of the house and it is all fenced for privacy.
There is a parking space for a small vehicle.
Washer and dryer hook-ups are available but it would be an additional charge if tenant chooses to have the appliances, for the usage of utilities would increase.
The rent is $1100/monthly including utilities (gas, electricity, garbage and water- paid by landlord) for single occupancy.
Cable/internet service not included in the rent.
Absolutely no smoker/drug user.
Preferred no pets.
To move in you need first month rent plus deposit ($900 security deposit + $1100 last month rent).
