This home is a special location due to its spaciousness of hundreds of acres of walnut orchard surrounding while still being less then a five minute drive to downtown upper lake.

Exterior

The walnut orchards are free to walk and also provide an effective fire break from the wooded hills surrounding if they were ever to burn.
Arrangement- The landlord and his dog seasonally live on the property in a two story artist studio/wood shop next door.
There are two baby Nigerian dwarf goats currently on the property in the landlords fenced in yard which are very sweet and entertaining.
The total size of the property is 1 acre, half is shared by seasonal landlord.
Pets must be well trained and regularly walked, orchards are great for that.

Security deposit is equal to one months rent.
