$1,000 / 1br - Looking for a roommate

Hey, I’m looking for a roommate.
I don’t have housing yet.
I am hoping to move December or January to ukiah but also open to willits or surrounding areas.
I’m hoping to rent a house, or maybe a three bedroom.
I have a permanent job in the area but open to a roommate that would be shorter term as well.
I’m not a big cat person to be honest but hoping to get a dog and chickens at some point so if you have a dog already I would love that! Im going to be working a lot but would have friends over some weekends.
I really am just looking for one other person but pets are okay.
Just looking to see what the roommate options are and might rent a place on my own if I don’t find the right fit but wanted to see who’s out there.
