This is a country home with lots of green area and part of a very clean, environmental, organic shared property.
The very large outside garden space is shared and I am your neighbor.
It is a good space for someone who doesn't have a large amount of inside "stuff" and enjoys the outdoors.
It is out of the fog belt and you can see the stars and hear the ocean.
It is 15 minutes to either FB or Mendo.
Electric and well water are included in rent and propane is not.
No laundry, or additional storage area, and one parking place.
I am looking for an excellent renter who is independent, loves gardening, and would enjoy sharing this property.
This is not a
short term rental.
