One of our vintage cottages, built in 1936, is now available to rent.
We're currently waiting on its new carpet, but that should be installed by the middle of April.
It's an easy walk from the cottage to the ocean without crossing any roads.
Across the street there is a flower farm, and down Point Cabrillo Drive you can go to Caspar Beach or the lighthouse in a few minutes.
The cottage has a small enclosed garden with an apple tree.
Very peaceful and very Mendocino.
Just painted, squeaky-clean, and ready to move in!

• One small car only, as there just isn't much space.
