Part time Office Manager for a local construction company in Ukiah!
$25-28 per hour (DOE)
Approx.
20hrs per week (flexible in busy/slow seasons)

Duties include;
Greeting clients
Keeping documents, invoicing, job details up to date
Addressing + resolving any client questions or issues
Experience with QuickBooks is a MUST
Assisting with annual tax prep/paperwork
Assisting with scheduling
Keeping filing current
Monitoring + answering phone calls and emails
